  1. Yoga is the answer for me. Streamed of course. I also am trying to settle myself down with meditation. I’m also trying to balance all the negative news with some positive videos from wise people. Because at my low points, I tend to believe this is the end of the world, it really helps me to read the thoughts of historian Doris Goodwin Kearns reflecting on our shared United States history. Challenging times that devastated us like the Civil War, the Great Depression, World War II, these were all times that took the country to its knees and when it came back up, it came up changed. I see the revolution happening through this Coronavirus. I see the tools we need to fight climate change being forged in how we are learning to be now. We are learning to use different muscles, to think differently, to reassess what is important. This is how I must think to remain hopeful…that a better world will emerge.
